Shipping Information
* Orders placed before 3:00pm PST/PDT will be shipped the same business day we received them.
* We use the follow three shipping methods:
1. USPS Standard package with or without signature confirmation.
2. FedEx 2 day service.
3. FedEx next day service.
* All shipping charges are automatically calculated by the system according to
weight/size/destination of the item. We are not responsible for delayed delivery
caused by mail carrier. If mail carrier's tracking system indicates delivery, we are
not responsible for lost package.

Return Policy
At TrimsByDesign, we stand behind our products and our customers. That is why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee behind every purchase. However, if for any
reason you are not happy with your purchase, we would be happy to offer you a
refund based on the following terms:
* Refunds must be requested via email within 7 days after receiving the items.
We will send you a return authorization # upon receiving the return request.
* Refunds are subjected to a 10% restocking charge to cover the fees paid for
processing the order.
* Shipping and Handling are Non-Refundable.
* Customer is responsible for fees incurred in sending the items back.
* Items must be returned in original packaging and condition

PROVIDE any information you provide us to anyone outside of our company except of
