If you find there is a product you do not want, please contact us and we will assist you with the return of that merchandise. We encourage our customers to inspect the contents of the package(s) as soon as the order is delivered to ensure that you have plenty of time to take advantage of our 30-day money back guarantee. We will be unable to issue any type of refund after our 7-day guarantee has expired.

Upon receipt of your return, it takes us 10-15 business days to process your return and credit your account. The original shipping fee and the return shipping fee will not be refunded. The credit will be processed against your original form of payment. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.

Your order is important! We are committed to shipping it to you within two working days of receiving it (excluding weekends and holidays.) Actual delivery time will vary based on the number of days it takes the carrier to deliver from our warehouse in Georgia to your particular address. See chart below:

General Delivery Times:
UPS Ground delivers Monday - Friday
USPS delivers Monday - Saturday

Hawaii & Alaska:
For shipments to Hawaii & Alaska we ship via the United States Postal Service standard mail. Delivery time usually takes 5-7 days.

P.O. Boxes & Military Boxes:
For shipments to military boxes we ship via the United States Postal Service standard mail.
